Metabolic Syndrome (MetS) is a cluster of clinical conditions, associated to an increased cardiovascular and metabolic risk, to hypogonadism and erectile dysfunction (ED). Lifestyle modification (including physical exercise, PhyEx) and metformin (MET) are well-known treatments for the condition.
